Is it Rechargable? NO, the fan is powered by the plug-in-use. The air cooler doesn't built in battery and it can not be recharged.

Why can't my mini air conditioner run in spray wind mode? It appears that your cold air fan may require proper hydration. Ensure the water tank is adequately filled to enable operation in spray mode. Should you encounter persisting issues, kindly reach out to us for further assistance.

Why does the fan turn off by itself by sudden? The fan may turn off automatically if the input voltage is insufficient. Please use an adapter that provides at least 5V/2A. It might also be due to a timer setting or the fan's automatic shutdown feature after 12 hours of continuous use.

Why does my air conditioner fan speed sometimes vary between high and low? The variability in fan speed is due to the Natural Wind mode, denoted by the "S" on the display. This mode replicates the fluctuation of natural winds, enhancing comfort levels within your space.

Why does the screen of this mini personal air conditioner sometimes turn off? The screen turns off intermittently due to its built-in auto-sleep feature, which reduces disruption during rest. To reactivate the screen, simply tap either side of the display or press any button on the remote control.

Why does the fan can't not blow cold air? Please add enough ice and ice cubes to the water tank, then run in the spray mode and highest wind speed, then you will get the cold air.
